Shipping Policy

SHIPPING COST: Shipping is calculated 40% cost price per container(Customs/Immigration Charges NOT Inclusive). This shipping cost is the amount paid to the shipping company for their services of moving this container(s) from our port and delivering to your site or address.

FREE SHIPPING: Our free shipping promotions covers the ”Shipping Cost”.  No immigration or custom charge is inclusive in this plan. Insurance charge is also not inclusive in our free shipping offer

PROCESSING TIME: During a regular Monday through Friday business week, 1-2 business days are required to process and verify orders through our offices distribution center. Please allow additional processing time if you place your order on a holiday or on the weekends. Barring complications, most orders are shipped within four business days. Complications may include but are not limited to an unverified address. If there are any problems processing your order, you will be contacted promptly.

EXPEDITED SERVICE: To expedite your package, please call us weekdays between 7:30 am-10:00 pm EST, or on Saturdays, 9:00 am-5:00 pm EST, and a representative will gladly help you expedite your order. Ground, two-day, or overnight delivery are available. Additional fees apply. If your order must arrive faster than the standard 1-4 days PROCESSING TIME noted above, please phone in your order, and we shall do all that we can to accommodate your needs.

STANDARD SHIPPING: To maximize your savings, orders are shipped between 10-14 of confirming your order. Please allow 10-14 business days for your package to arrive your site or address.

Yes, we ship to the entire North America and Europe, Australia, New Zealand. As standard shipping may take several weeks to reach those destinations, please call us for assistance, and our representatives will help you chose an affordable and timely option. Additional fees may apply.

PROCESSING TIME: Orders are processed and fulfilled from our port nearest to our client’s location every business day, Monday-Friday. Barring complications, most orders are shipped within two business days. Complications may include an unverified address. If there are any problems processing your order, you will be contacted promptly.

BACKORDERS: No one likes backorders, and we do not feel that you should have to pay additional shipping costs if we don’t have your item in the nearest port. In the event that we are out of stock on a particular container(s)/cabin(s), they will be shipped as soon as they become available with no any additional shipping costs.

Your order will arrive 10-14 days after the order is placed.

When ordering, the recipient is responsible for assuring the product can be legally imported to the destination country.

The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are imposed once a shipment reaches the recipient’s country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient. We has no control over these charges, nor can we predict what they may be.

Customs, duties, and taxes are non-refundable: so a shipment that is refused because of unexpected import fees, the cost of the original shipping and any return shipping charges will not be refunded. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

To avoid a delay in receiving your order from customs, we strongly suggest:

  • Providing a phone number where you can be reached by customs when your product arrives. This phone number will be listed on the commercial invoice so customs can reach you to clear your order.
  • Please do not refuse a shipment or ignore requests from carriers regarding duty and/or tax liability charges. Be aware that most carriers will hold a shipment for 5 days after arrival in your country before they return it to the sender.
    We do not refund original shipping charges for goods that are refused for delivery at customs.
